All products are manufactured from high quality fabrics and should reach you in perfect condition. Upon receipt of your order please make sure everything is as required. Return any faulty goods, unused and in the original packaging with a note explaining the problem to:

It is our policy to ship orders within the same week we receive them. If we are
unable to supply your choice of colour or 'fun fur', we will contact you for a
second choice rather than delay shipment.
